A unique and exiting way to get students at Southern Arkansas University to interact with nature, the outdoors, the elements, and the human experience. Students work in small groups to research and plan how they will experience various natural phenomena while traveling to and visiting our nation’s National Parks. Our participants are from a variety of backgrounds and are majoring in academic disciplines like biology, engineering, and history. The diversity of students allows for a one-of-a-kind challenge because everyone’s expectations, interpretation, and communication style is different!
