They are headquartered in Reston, VA, but they have offices around the world and numerous job openings for summer internships, co-ops that can be done while still in school, jobs for recent grads and hundreds of other jobs, many of them software engineer positions and some 3D artist positions (some requiring no professional experience but a degree in 3D art and animation).
