A $35 flat fee for up to three entries. All fees are non-refundable and payable through Callforentry.org. Entry fees may be paid by credit card only.

• June 6 – June 10 Judging Phase 1
• June 13 Notifications emailed
• June 14 -June 28 Receipt of shipped and hand delivered artwork
• June 28 Accepted artwork due by 4:00 p.m.
• July 12 – July 14 Judging Phase 2
• July 15th Exhibit opens
• July 15th Opening Reception, 6:30 – 8:00 p.m
• Awards presented at 7:00 p.m.
• Sept 3rd Exhibit closes
• Sept 9 -Sept 21 Return of shipped and hand delivered artwork
