- June 13 Notifications emailed
- June 14 -June 28 Receipt of shipped and hand delivered artwork
- June 28 Accepted artwork due by 4:00 p.m.
- July 12 – July 14 Judging Phase 2
- July 15th Exhibit opens
- July 15th Opening Reception, 6:30 – 8:00 p.m
- Awards presented at 7:00 p.m.
- Sept 3rd Exhibit closes
- Sept 9 -Sept 21 Return of shipped and hand delivered artwork
