·        Make a list of things you NEED to do.
-Make sure your list isn’t too long and actually feels doable. Listing too much makes your tasks feel impossible to complete and just looking at the list will feel draining.
 
·        Set deadlines for assignments and projects.
-Once you set deadlines, it is important to follow them. No procrastinating, no matter how tempting!
 
·        Focus on one thing at once.
-Our minds tend to work best when we focus on one thing rather than multitasking. When giving our full, undivided attention to something, it lessens the probability for mistakes.
 
·        Use your downtime wisely.
-Maybe you’re waiting around for class to start, or maybe you’re having a quick lunch in between classes. Use this time to go back over your list and make sure you’re on track.
 
·        Treat yourself!
-Let’s admit it! Things can be a bit draining and repeating these steps over and over can make you feel a bit nutty! So, it’s important to treat yourself in whatever way fits you.
